Phoenix Events, LLC is the 2016 Thanksgiving Wattle III 5K Run/Walk Event Organizer. Our mission is to promote healthy outdoor events for Central Ohio Communities, while promoting and raising money for local charities. We welcome businesses partnering with us to promote their business and at the same time to help us underwrite our event.   • 2012: Raised over $10k for local charities (GC Food Pantry and Success Beyond the Classroom) and collected 2000 lbs of food for GC Food Pantry
  • 2013: Raised over $13.5k for charities (GC Food Pantry and Success Beyond the Classroom) and collected 3000 lbs of food for GC Food Pantry
  • 2014: Raised over $11.8k for charities (GC Food Pantry and South-Western City Schools Educational Foundation) and collected 4000 lbs of food for the GC Food Pantry
Our Goal is to provide a healthy and safe event for the communities and families on Thanksgiving Morning while raising monies for local Charities.
  • We will do so by providing a structured run/walk event in a group setting on a police protected 5K Road Course with Chip Time, live music, pumpkin pies, Finish Area refreshments, emcees, etc.
  • We want to promote an opportunity for the community to come together in a larger shared purpose of health, wellness, and gratitude.
  • We wish to provide an event that local businesses would be proud to be associated with and that the community would look forward to each year.

  Name on Bib Variable cost per bib of $1.00 x expected entrants. Depending on weather, this might even have more photos taken of it than the t-shirt as many participants don't wear the t-shirt in the race.
